I would love to introduce myself! I am Christine Stultz, the group lead for Property Pros Group at CENTURY 21 ProLink. Property Pros Group is a team built on both residential and commercial experts. I began my real estate career in 2009, serving Sioux City, Sergeant Bluff, Le Mars, Dakota Dunes, and surrounding communities. Licensed in IA, NE, and SD, I specialize in residential properties, new construction, acreages, and building site property sales. I am experienced in corporate relocation with more than a decade of successful closings. I work with businesses, physicians/medical professionals both as incoming relocation to Siouxland and departure to sell their local homes. I have earned my Accredited Buyer Representation and Broker Associate titles. I am a lifelong resident of Siouxland and provide extensive knowledge of the area, neighborhoods, economic development and the local real estate market trends and values.
I strive to be one step ahead and to guide my clients to a successful and stress-free closing. With more than 16 years of real estate experience, I know how to address situations before they become problems. I hold firm to my clients’ goals and am a tough negotiator, but never forget that buying or selling a home is a big deal and can be a very personal and emotional experience. My goal is simple…to provide clients with results that exceed their expectations!
Outside of work, you can find me spending time with my family. I enjoy reading books or being outdoors and boating on Lake Okoboji in the summer months. I was a member of Sergeant Bluff’s Economic Development committee, United Way special events committee and have participated in several other volunteer roles through the years.

During my time in real estate, I’ve assisted several families with the sale or purchase of a home and land, many of whom are first-time homebuyers; the feeling of handing them their keys to the place they’ll call home at the end of the process is by far my favorite part of what I do. I’m a longtime Siouxland resident with a background of over 18+ years in hospitality management and events. Over those years, I oversaw the development and implementation of sales and marketing for our properties while proactively developing action plans to build occupancy in our hotels as well as bringing large scale conventions and events to our community which overall impacted our greater Siouxland area businesses.
In my spare time, I volunteer for our Siouxland Chamber of Commerce as a green jacket Ambassador where I take the time to get to know our new business owners and assist them in promoting their business, large or small. I was honored to be recognized as Top 10 Under 40 in Siouxland and am a proud supporter of the economic development in our area; I look forward to all of the great projects Sioux City has in store for our community. In between it all, I am also a co-founder/ theater director of Siouxland’s first bilingual theater program called El Proyecto Dramático.
Raising a family with roots in Siouxland has always been important to me. We love the great outdoors and attending our children’s extracurricular activities. We are proud to call Siouxland home.
